Adult Therapy

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

My approach to individual therapy is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment theory. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, tailored to each person's unique needs — together, we explore the "why" behind patterns of behavior and relationships, developing a deeper understanding of how present thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are shaped by past experience. I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship or work difficulties, and those seeking greater balance and self-understanding. Over time, this work supports healing, emotional insight, new coping strategies, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.
